⭐Данные жилые помещения предназначены только для проживания: проведение любого вида мероприятий запрещено. ⭐Гость должен соблюдать тишину в ночное время (в период с 22.00 до 07.00 просим воздержаться от криков, громкой музыки и прочего шума). ⭐Жилые помещения предоставляются лицам, достигшим возраста 21 года. ⭐В случае повреждения имущества, сообщите об этом для уточнения стоимости и возмещения ущерба. ⭐Мы не несем ответственность за сохранность вещей и драгоценностей, оставленных в жилых помещениях. ⭐При выходе из жилья закрывайте пожалуйста за собой двери на ключ, и не оставляйте открытыми окна. ⭐При выезде из жилого помещения, Наниматель обязан уведомить об этом Наймодателя за 2 часа до освобождения жилого помещения, сдать лично Наймодателю (представителю Наймодателя) жилое помещение, мебель, санитарно-техническое и иное оборудование в надлежащем исправном состоянии. ⭐В случае повреждения жилого помещения, а также санитарно-технического и иного оборудования, находящегося в квартире, если указанные повреждения произошли по вине нанимателя или лиц, совместно с ним проживающих, наниматель возмещает нанесенный им ущерб либо своими силами, либо в денежным эквиваленте согласно рыночным ценам на указанное оборудование или согласно Приложению к договору найма. ⭐Также нанимателем уплачивается полная стоимость работ по устранению повреждений, согласно рыночным расценкам на производство оговоренного цикла работ, и штраф в размере суммарной посуточной оплаты жилья и коммунальных услуг за время проведения ремонта. ⭐Порядок передачи жилого помещения нанимателем без присутствия Наймодателя (представителя Наймодателя) осуществляется по согласованию с Наймодателем. ⭐В случае самостоятельного выезда наниматель обязан закрыть квартиру с помощью электронного замка (при наличии) или оставить ключ в заранее указанном месте. ⭐За нарушение условий найма жилого помещения, осуществляется выселение без возврата оплаты найма жилого помещения, обеспечительный депозит не возвращается. ⭐По истечение срока действия договора найма, Наниматель обязан вывезти принадлежащее ему имущество. ⭐При обнаружении имущества Нанимателя в Жилье после его убытия, Наймодатель уведомляет об этом Нанимателя в течение суток, следующих за окончанием срока действия договора найма. ⭐В случае, если Наниматель заблаговременно не сообщил Наймодателю о наличии собственного интереса в данном имуществе, не проявляет интерес к имуществу в течение суток с момента уведомления об обнаружении, имущество считается брошенным Нанимателем. ⭐Наймодатель вправе, руководствуясь нормами действующего законодательства, определить судьбу имущества, брошенного Нанимателем. ⭐Если Наниматель сообщает Наймодателю о желании сохранения права собственности за брошенное имущество все расходы, понесенные Наймодателем в ходе такого хранения, подлежат возмещению Нанимателем. ⭐Наймодатель вправе удалить из помещения брошенное Нанимателем имущество и хранить самостоятельно либо передать его третьим лицам. ⭐В случае, если стороны согласовали хранение оставленного имущества у Наймодателя, данный факт не исключает возможности использования имущества по его прямому назначению без возмещения Нанимателю последствий естественного износа имущества. |

Cancellation policy
